If you received damaged or defective products, an incorrect order, or if the product is not as advertised, please contact us at margeforhumans@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery of your purchase. To help you quickly, please provide your order number and include photos or videos highlighting the issue.

We do not accept returns on items damaged due to wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the item. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item. If it is in stock we will exchange your incorrect item for the correct one, if the item is not in stock you can get a refund of your order total plus shipping costs.
